Online Order Processor - Remote
Managing and processing customer orders placed through a company's online platform. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
Order Management:
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Verify order details and ensure all information is correct.
Update and maintain order records in the system.
Inventory Coordination:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are in stock for order fulfillment.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders.
Assist in managing inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies.
Shipping and Logistics:
Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing orders.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle any shipping issues or returns efficiently.
